When you submit the contact / guidance request form on our website, we collect: full name, business email address, company name, phone number (optional), company website (optional), business type, country, company size, and the message content you write. When you contact us directly by email or phone, we collect the information contained in that communication.
2.2 Data collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may collect the following data automatically via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 5): IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type and version, operating system, pages visited and time spent, referring URL, and device type. We only collect this data if you have given your consent via the cookie banner.
3. How we use your data
To respond to your enquiry — we use the information from your contact form to reply with relevant guidance.
To provide our services — if we enter into a business relationship, we use your contact details to manage that relationship.
To improve our website — anonymised analytics data helps us understand how visitors use the site.
Marketing — with your consent, we may use data to show you relevant advertising on LinkedIn or Meta platforms.

Business relationship data: up to 5 years after the relationship ends.
Analytics data: up to 14 months.

8. Your rights

9. International transfers
Some processors (including Google and Meta) may transfer data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place.
